Stradivarius: BLOKE CORE or BLOKETTE: Much more than a trend!
BLOKE CORE or BLOKETTE:
MUCH MORE THAN A TREND
Chaimaa Azraf, a professional player for Gimnàstic de Manresa, and Bea Pérez, a player for FC Barcelona and also for the Sub17 National Team, are the protagonists for the new Stradivarius campaign, which, in addition to bet the #blokecore trend that has flooded the social media and street style looks in recent weeks, it gives a voice to the women who help in some way to give visibility to women football every day.
The capsule collection of #blokette-inspired t-shirts, as the trend of mixing urban clothing with garments typical of football kits is also known, includes three technical fabric t-shirts in pink, sky blue and black with empowering messages, and two other t-shirts in 90s aesthetic cotton fabric.
This trend stands precisely in taking sports uniforms out of context and mixing them with jeans, skirts and sandals to wear them off the football field. Stradivarius pays tribute to two pioneers of this sport in the summer of the Women’s Soccer World Cup and turns this campaign into one more mechanism to give visibility and recognize their role in the world of sport.
